1. Our 30-Day Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of every product in The Lavish Bath collection. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

Non-Returnable Items: 

  • Final sale items
  • Heavily discounted goods
  • Personalized items

3. The Return Process

  1. Initiate: Email our support team at Support@thelavishbath.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the address of the return warehouse. Do not send items back without an RMA.

  3. Shipping: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

  4. Refund: Once your return is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [5-10] business days.
